STEP 1: Registration

Candidates can apply via our website: applications for FALL 2026

Application process to review eligibility:

  1. Fill in the application form found at: application form
  2. Upload scans of:
    1. Passport Size Photo
    2. Government issued Passport valid for atleast 1 year
    3. High school diploma
    4. High School Transcript of grades
    5. English language certificate (Such as TOEFL or IELTS)
    6. Upload any other documents requested
  3. Check whether you filled in each field correctly and submit application.
  4. Pay the application fee

Please note:

All submitted documents must be translated into English.

STEP 2: Qualification Procedure

Your high school diploma and transcript will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee to calculate your admission score.

This score is based on:
• Grade in Biology (mandatory)
• Grade from one additional subject of your choice: Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.

If the Admissions Committee is unable to convert your high school grades into points, or if you are missing a required subject, you may be asked to take the entrance exam.

The entrance exam includes the following topics:
• Biology (mandatory)
• One additional subject of your choice (Physics or Chemistry)

Entrance Exam Procedure

  • The Entrance exam will be conducted remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform. You must ensure that your computer has a working webcam, microphone, and speakers/headphones for the Microsoft Teams application.
  • The Final result obtained in the entrance exam is given in points (maximum 200 points)
  • Each candidate can attempt the entrance exam only once during one admission process.
  • In order to prepare for the entrance exam please review the following SYLLABUS – Curriculum for entrance exam (click here)
  • Candidates will be admitted to the English language medical program based on the ranking list. Points based on the High School grades or the score obtained on the entrance exam will determine candidate’s position on the ranking list. Ranking list will be announced on the University website once the qualification procedure is completed for all candidates.

STEP 3: If you are qualified

Qualified candidates need to submit the following documents within the given timeframe:

  • Certified copy of passport
  • Apostilled High School diploma
  • Apostilled High School transcript
  • Apostilled College Diploma and Trancript (only if completed)
  • English Language certificate
  • Health certificate
  • Hepatitis B vaccination certificate
  • Health Insurance Policy
  • 1 passport size photograph
  • Application form signed by Candidate

Instructions on where and how to mail the documents will be informed to each candidate if the candidate is selected by the Admissions committee. All submitted documents should be originals or certified copies (i.e. originally sealed and signed by the eligible institution/person).

If the documents are not in English, translations must be attached (into English) certified by an approved institution (e.g. the issuing body or a sworn translator).

Nostrification of high school diploma

Aposille /legalization

  • Apostille – if the high school or college diploma was issued in a country that is a member of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961 such as USA and CANADA
  • Legalization – if the document was issued in a country that is not a party to the Hague Convention.

Recognition statement on a secondary education certificate confirming the right to apply for studies issued by NAWA. NAWA Certification DOES NOT APPLY TO documents issued in the US and CANADA and applies only to NON_EU/NON-OECD/NON-EFTA countries.
